How do you deal with this situation?

Pt presents with, "please restore my implants placed in 18,19 & 20?"

Although I was very positive in my comments about the surgeon, the patient looked at me puzzled and said, "how will you ever restore #20?"

I told him that it would most likely be a single 3 unit bridge.

Its a shame that if you plan the case initially with Cone Beam, the restorative may have ended up being single unit.  Note how different size implants could have been used!
